Video Art Miden in Greece

Same As Sister (S.A.S.) are pleased to announce that their cinematic re-envisioning of Odd Jewels: Beauty Under Mask, a collaboration with cinematographer, Aitor Mendilibar, will be screening at the 14th Edition of Video Art Miden: From zero to infinity! in Kalamata, Greece this July. Danspace Project Platform 2018 - A Shared Evening

Same As Sister (S.A.S.) will premiere The Exciting Event..., a commission for Danspace Project's Dancing Platform Praying Grounds: Blackness, Churches, and Downtown Dance (Platform 2018), curated by Reggie Wilson, during A Shared Evening with Keely Garfield Dance and Ni'Ja Whitson. Danspace Project Platform 2018 - Opening Event

Sunday Service at Knockdown Center

Same As Sister (S.A.S.) are very excited to be curating the next Sunday Service, Knockdown Center’s free monthly performance series, titled Pairings in Horror: The Visceral + The Visual Impact. The evening will feature live and digital performances by Lamy Istrefi Jr. with Leo Genovese + Mersiha Mesihovic/CIRCUITDEBRIS, and Stacy Grossfield Dance Projects + Gil Sperling, plus a special reading by Rie Yamaguchi-Borden. The Middle Passage
